Here in Seattle, we need as much sunshine as we can get.
- Avocado: half (makes it creamy)
- Optional: half a banana, squirt of lemon juice
makes 1 serving
If you look in the blender pic above, I’ve put in the avocado, mango, and papaya. I added just enough orange juice to mix, while keeping it thick.
If you like to measure more exactly, you can fill the cup you’ll drink from with: 1/3 juice, 2/3 other ingredients.
I bought my first papaya to experiment! Above you can see it, peeled first, then cut in half. Scoop out the inside and then you’re good to go!
