Pure Green Smoothie

This isn’t as scary is it sounds. Has a nice taste, reminds me a little of a Green Tea shake. P1050578

  • Half a banana
  • Half avocado
  • Almond milk (or other milk, though almond gives slight nutty taste)
  • Ice (2-3 cubes)
  • Spinach: handful or two

serves one

Thickness depends on your preference. I usually fill my cup with 1/3 milk 2/3 other ingredients.

I used to cringe at the thought of spinach, but you can’t taste it much (unless you add a lot!) It’s a great way to sneak it in!
