Easy Grain-free Peanut Butter Muffins

Simple and a great source of protein!

  • 1 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup honey

Then bake at 325 F for 8-10 minutes
